Blurring a logo print on a t-shirt in Adobe After Effects

Step by step:
1. Create a new composition with your video.
2. Create a null object.
3. Track the motion of the logo.
4. Apply the tracking to the null object.
5. Duplicate your video in a new layer above.
6. Create a mask around the logo.
7. Apply the blur effect to the masked video.
8. Apply the Freeze Frame to the masked video.
9. Parent the freeze framed mask layer to the null object .
10. Adjust the size of mask if necessary.
That's it. You got it!
