Pangamut is a Filipino martial art composed of panantukan (hand techniques), dumog (grappling), pananjakman (kicking and sweeping), kaukit (foot trapping), and kino mutai (biting and gouging).
We both know what work & what not... the purpose of this video is, to show the art - Pangamut, more than what work on the street :) however, more important is the person who & how use martial art as the art itself.
and as i said before, we work on to improve our trainings!
Great techniques, stuff that will really work on the street. Thanks for sharing, it's in my faves list now.
