Just for the record everybody: This Perry Mason comment of Franken's was 2 mins out of a 10-20 minute question/answer session. You guys make it sound like this was all he asked Sotomayor. And, btw, what's wrong with starting off your questioning with a little light-hearted humor. Id rather hear this than some 75 year old Senator drone on about his own beliefs, while forgetting that he's actually supposed to be asking questions.
