Pansy exercises..lift heavy weight. That's the way of the masters.
Eat your dumbbells with Jack 3d.

@Ataraxian13 What you do with other men is your business. The rest of youtube doesn't want to hear about it.

spreading the feet wider helps keeping the hips still
-
@npacebg you have to shift weight onto each arm

There's this twink at my gym who's still in the closet. When I walk past him I always "accidentally" bump into him, so he can feel the heft of my bulk. He keeps apologising lol. Just waiting to get him one on one in the suna/changing rooms.
Then I'll show him how real Bully Bears play ball ;)

It probably means that you are not holding the upright/plank position properly which isn't outlined in these types of videos. Here is a great place to begin and work up to this row variation which is really good! Search:
' Pilates Extension Exercises : Pilates Modified Plank Exercise '
Also, try not to force your legs to be entirely straight, bend a little as feels natural to you.

why do i feel stress on my kness when i do these

Really? That is good to know. I have been thinking about adding renegade rows to my program.
That's not how you do renegade rows. The whole idea is to work on core stabilization. You mustn't move your hips at all when lifting the weights.
