The Duke & The King follow the tremendous critical acclaim that greeted the release of their 2009 debut album 'Nothing Gold Can Stay' with the September 20th release of the new single 'Shaky' on Loose Music / Silva Oak. 'Shaky' previews the band's second album 'Long Live The Duke & The King' that follows on September 27th.
An uplifting moment of countrified soul resplendent with the band's sweet four-part vocal harmonies, 'Shaky' will be released on 7" and download formats. As with the rest of 'Long Live The Duke & The King', 'Shaky' was self-produced in the band's own studio/shack deep in their home woods of Bearsville, New York and was mastered by the renowned Bob Ludwig (Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Band).
