Papers Up (Lighters Up Remix)

Lil Kim's song Lighters Up was big at that time and the rhythm kept playing in my head so eventually words began to attach themselves to that rhythm and I ended up writing this song. It really just tells the story of what it's like to be a student in college. Not just RIT, but any college you go to. You're going to deal with teachers, exams, fraternities, sororities and if you live on campus there are special interest houses. You worry about tuition, studying and all of that. That's what this song is about.
