@mattgoodnuts You can look it up online. If you have a cloth measure tape you can measure height, waist, forearm, bicep, chest, thigh etc. Then type them in along with weight. Supposedly accurate to around less than 1% , so you can get a pretty good idea. Mine came out 5.5% back when I did it so I figured I was at 6%.

Where does one find out how much body fat they have? Never seen this machine at the gym.

@animeworldchick Bodybuilders go down to 3 percent at competition time. Only other athletes with this low of body fat are professional cyclists. Lance Armstrong fattens up for the Tour de France at about 5 percent going into it and finishes with around 3% body fat.

@mmadigest actually most fighters tend to avoid drinking water and dehydrate themselves, and has nothing to do with losing fat at all. No one can lose 20 lbs of fat in 1 night and put it back on. Sometimes fighters fucked up at doing it and ended up having a poor performance: Jake Shields against Kampman, Mousasi against Lawal, Alves didnt even make weight twice
