we were half mad at united for not geting a pilot and half mad at LAX for being full of shit by saying will get cots and pillows and blankets for our group of 40 when they only gave us a 5$ mcdonalds gift card.(the cheapest meal cost 6.50$ and ther is no dollar menu at LAX) so there generous gift couldnt even cover our food. I'll only fly united when i fly because i like their service...so before you start talking shit read the facts!!!

YEA! Now tell me again why I am wrong to be upset with united airlines. I have EVERY right to be! They were wrong and it cost me a day of work. So to (specifically but limited to these people) UAL591, THEAIRLINES06, UAL151, MOSHIDOG1, BOOMCHIKAWOWWOWO, and JOHNONOAHU: get the whole story before you try to bad-mouth someone and a video that they made while waiting 16 hours for the "next available flight". United has a bipolar range from happy manic good quick effective service and on time travel to absolute hell if on the other side of the spectrum. Poor day-to-day operations aren't foreign to the airline. If a ticket or gate agent is having a bad day, it's her purpose to cause your day to at least temporarily match the mood of her own bad day. Happy to be going home? That's my favorite time when United screws you over. Stranded is business as usual.

You cant really complain you choose to fly United and like any airline you agree to terms and conditions that say under certain circumstances you may not be able to travel!!! Get over it like ! N grow up , makin a video and a fuss cause your flight was cancelled , thats life its goin to happen some times and probly when it suites you least !.

An Un-accompanied minor. On almost all airlines, children (usually on or above) 4 to anywhere between 15 (legal minimum for service) up to 18 can travel without the need of an accompanying adult. What happens is (if outside the US) a ground staff member takes you to the plane from check in, you are then signed for like a package every step of the way until you are finally signed off with the designated adult. Its great because you usually get free upgrades to First, if you have kids, DO IT! :)

Well, I have always loved United's brand image. However, after years of anticipation, when i stepped onto a 772, i was horrified. As a U.M. i got seat 30E, which was alright. However, on the way back I got 32C, and that was when the shock came in. Their pitch is horrific, even when it was back in '06 and i was smaller, i couldnt deal with it. It didnt help that I had whiny English people behind me who would stop me reclining on purpose. I HATE PEOPLE WHO DO THAT!!! who else agrees?
