Highway 86, formally known as "Killer Highway 86", had been a safety hazard and death trap to many who had traveled this Coachella Valley roadway. Through student/community efforts led by many, including Bill Freeman, monies were collected and politicians were involved in passing legislature to correct this public hazard. This short film was made by (at the time) a student and is a dedication to the efforts of all who helped to end this dangerous situation and all those who continue to fight the good fight.
