Though the impression you have about items must be a coincidence. Actually the chests are unchanged, except for *additional* D2-Specific drops.

And the amount of rare gear on monsters was increased in 1.22 (in fact almost doubled in some cases) to compensate for their difficulty in later levels...

@ViolosD2I thx, ive been playing for about a week now, and the item drop rate is considerably reduced from both titan quest and D2, chests are missing and im getting hardly any magic items, i made 5 charachters to try all the classes, and the item drop increased slightly, but it still is annoying to both my charachter's wallet, and to his damage. on a lighter note, the skins were a nice touch. my other account, Lezombieslayer is posting vids 2morrow playing through ur mod, giving feed back.

Thanks. I would have liked to do that, of course, but the current layout is the best it gets with TQ's restrictions.

The actual values for staves are those of the Staff Attack skill, which they boost. Look at its tooltip for details. Thogh the staves' damage values (not DPS) are similar.
