how u get this vid without noise? use noise remover??

lots of noise for the darker night shots, but I'm assuming its because the lens has such a low aperture. Plus the ISO should be around 400 max otherwise you get that graininess. I'm planning on getting the 60D, do you have any other lenses or would you suggest any? Thanks!
