I gained 5 lbs of lean muscle mass in only 9 days. I was 182 lbs and now I am about 187 lbs. My current weight goal is 200 lbs. Once I reach 200 lbs, my goal is to get those lbs really cut and defined. I currently use for my protein drink - 43 grams of whey protein, 21 grams of protein from peanutbutter, and 18 grams of protein from milk. My protein drink contains a total of 82 grams of protein and has a coloric number of 1100 calories per drink. I drink 1-2 of these every day. In addition to this, I also drink a glass of grape juice mixed with 10 grams of creatine. In addition to that, I take 3 grams of arginine in pill form 1-2 times a day. My daily intake of protein is about 200-300 grams of protein per day or more. My current arm size is 14.5 inches round. My goal is to get my arm to be 20 inches round in lean well defined, ripped, and cut muscle mass.

  • yea running as soon as u get up will help u shed the fat but make sure you EAT you have to eat a good meal man dont starve yurself a tread mill is good bc it is more scheduled and it tells u i like runing tread mills but sometimes its good to get out and go run

  • I jogged 2 miles outside today and now I have a huge blister on my right heal. ouch!

  • run alot bro on the tread mill im a ball player and u can slim ur fat down and become a skin tight shredded muscle machine with a ombination of cardio and weight lifiting

  • thx...when do you run? Early in the morning? I do not have a tread mill and can't afford one right now, but I have running shoes that I bought to run with. I just have not gotten around to actually running. lol I want to though :)

  • sorry i meant in 9 days.

  • Sorry to tell you this, but there is NO WAY you can gain 5 pounds of muscle a year. The reality, is that if it is really all muscle, it takes close to 10 months to build 5 pounds of muscle

  • your weights are to heavy bro look on a guy called scooby on youtube he will give u all the advice you need,. ive been training for two years......i wish i listend to this guy earlier good luck bro cya

  • wow...that's cool. I am not really into sports...I just like to workout and try to get my body into good shape...I took weight lifting when I was in high school and when I was benching then I could lift 185 lbs bench when I weighed 175 lbs. I do not know what I bench right now because I have not been to a gym in a long time. All my workouts right now are at home...but I am guessing I could probably still lift 185 lbs. because I can do same amount of pushups as I did when I was in high school.

  • Nah I dont know that yet--Im guess mostly muscle and my bench went up to 280--but my weight went up more so its not really prgress--I played defensive end in high school

  • lol...that cool...so do you know your body fat percent and hydration percent?
