The audio is from Tsubasa Chronicle, but yes, Fai and Ita-chan share the same voice actor.

I took the most close one to the katakanas (fu-a-i and "u" doesn't sound, so it's Fai), and later in the series it's said that his last name is from very special stone, so Flourite sounds more appropriate :)
