Overcoming social anxiety
There is a Cure for Social anxiety disorder In a vast majority of cases and with the help of treatment ,from a professional, it is possible that a person ceases to suffer repeated panic attacks. But it is important to see a doctor who can confirm the diagnosis and recommend appropriate therapy for each case.
Current treatments usually consist of psychological therapies that help us understand that there are many people who suffer the same thing, this is a very common condition, you are not going crazy and, you're not going to die from this. It aims to achieve a cognitive restructuring, i.e., to change the thinking of the patient.
Once the patient begins to feel more positive, optimistic and realistic about their problem, the therapist will help you identify the "trigger" that often causes your panic attacks. This may be a thought, a certain situation, a certain activity or something as subtle as a slight change in heartbeat. Once the patient identifies what, if anything, acts as a trigger, you can learn to control the symptoms that come later.
The last phase of social anxiety treatment often focuses on helping the patient to perform those activities that they usually avoid because of the fear of causing a panic attack. This is to make you see firsthand, that they are not afraid to these activities themselves (driving into crowded places, drinking coffee, getting on an airplane, public speaking .....).They are actually afraid of having a panic attack while they are doing these things. After learning that the symptoms of anxiety that they feel when performing these activities does not need to become a panic attack and can be controlled by them. The therapy helps the patients gradually regain their confidence to control symptoms and lose their fear of the attack and, therefore, the strength to carry out the activities previously avoided. Treatments are usually very gradual (never hit or forced) to enable the patient gradually to regain confidence in him or herself.
Relaxation techniques can help to "navigate" through a panic attack, as if the patient were sailing a boat through the waves. Both breathing techniques and visualization can help to show you how to Cure Social anxiety disorder, have less fear during an attack, to make them shorter and even prevent future attackstreating anxiety

  • CURE FOR SOCIAL ANXIETY:

1.It is ONLY A SENSATION IN THE BODY!

2.Allow it, fully experience it/fully let it be, even surrender to it, let it flood you :) WITHOUT LABELING IT. DONT SAY "THIS IS BAD" or "FUCK MY LIFE IS TERRIBLE" ETC, Just let it be there, no matter HOW INTENSE it is :) it is perfectly fine sensation. Only diff. Between you guys and the rest of the world (lol) is that YALL resist and fight the feeling. And call it SOCIAL ANXIETY. And blame yourselves for something that's OK!

  • @manofknowledge1000 no ive not even been to the doc`s. i dont trust them and don`t think meds can help me. i no a bit about the brain and haw it works. but manmade chemicals!! naaaa .

  • @TheTilemaster123999 I know these people take the piss, its such a crippling disorder that really makes life dificult, have you been on meds?

  • the way people make money over other peoples crippling disorders that ruin their lives, I hope there is a hell for these people and I do think there is

  • There is a difference than having those type of feelings ( Just like EvEryOne Else 783402) and being able to control them, it can feel like waking up with a disease for some people. If you haven't dealt with it, you don't know. trust me. I thought I knew, but I soon found out how rough it really is. But the technique is known to work very well for most, and has for me. Mine didn't start until i was 19 yrs old so saying I just decided one day to "fight" my feelings is...dumb.

  • well, being able to drive on a motorway doesnt meen youve overcome your social anxiety.

  • what did she do? i dont understand because of her accent.

  • I have lived with this for so long and hard to cope every day. My kids suggested I try making youtube videos to help with the social anxiety so that is what I am doing right now. Every video I have done so far with me having to talk even to a camera is terrifying but I will keep trying. I would love to get over this like you have done. Bless you

  • This is not social anxiety, this is panic attacks......
