This is an excellent documentary of Bruce Lee and it includes many things life beginning of his career and his fight records and how bruce lee changed the world! HE IS A REAL TRUE FIGHTER AND MARTIAL ARTIST! THE GREATEST ATHLETE and FIGHTER!
This documentary shows interviews from likes of Joe Lewis, Chuck Norris, Betty Ting, Dan Insanto, Linda Lee, Mike Stone, his students, Jhoon Ree, Ron Van Clief, Bob Wall, etc, etc, etc many other people.....
"Don't get set into one form, adapt it and build your own, and let it grow, be like water. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend." - Bruce Lee
"I wouldn't put a dime on anyone to beat Bruce Lee in real confrontation. Bruce Lee was the best street fighter I ever saw, even to this day, and not just pound for pound - but against anyone in real fight." - James Demile, Boxing Champion and Martial Artist
"Lee, pound for pound, might well have been one of the strongest men in the world, and certainly one of the quickest". - Chuck Norris
"Bruce was incredibly strong for his size. He could take a 75lb barbell and from a standing position with the barbell held flush against his chest, he could slowly stick his arms out, lock them and hold the barbell there for 20 seconds, that's pretty damn tough for a guy who at the time only weighed 138lbs. I know 200lb weight lifters who can't do that." - Joe Lewis
"I considered him by far the greatest. And for those who don´t considering him the greatest, at least he is the top candidate for being actually the greatest." -Joe Lewis, quoted in "Death by Misadventure"
"I last saw Bruce after he moved from Culver City to Bel Air. He had a big heavy bag hanging out on his patio. It weighed 300lbs. I could hardly move it at all. Bruce said to me "Hey, Wally, watch this" and he jumped back and kicked it and this monster of a heavy bag went up to the ceiling, Thump!!! And came back down. I still can't believe the power that guy had". - Wally Jay
"Bruce Lee was the best fighter, physically, I've ever seen. And he hit the hardest. I've sparred with just about every top karate man in the sport, even had the wind knocked out of me by Joe Lewis side kick, but Bruce Lee hit harder than all of them." - Hayward Nishioka, Pan Am Games Gold Medalist in Black Belt interview 1994
"Bruce Lee was awesome. Absolutely awesome. He was fast as lightning, hit like a heavyweight. Great foot work, great defense, great offense and smart. The man was a true genius in martial arts.He could been world lightweight champion if he so chose. He was that good." - Bob Wall, Karate Champion in Black Belt interview 1994
"I've seen a lot of martial artists over the years, but Bruce Lee was the best. I was much older than Bruce when we met, but I was very experienced. Still, I could never touch him. He was so damn fast." - Jhoon Ree, Father of American Taekwondo
i also recommend watching the documentary, "How Bruce Lee Changed the World"......

in the low line was Wing Chun but in general his kicks were from understanding the mechanics of the human body, he knew the lead side of his body was the closest to the opponent and would land quicker than anything thrown from the back foot or rear leg, he used his arms, hips and a snapping of the leg to generate devastating power, he knew that for someone to hit him they had to move to him which gave him the opportunity to intercept, hence JKD - way of the intercepting hand.

Christ almighty use 2, just get yourselves the official Bruce Lee fighting method books and u will see that JKD is a concept and not a style, Wing Chun was the base, he used the parry and the trapping and punching from wing chun, turned his stance to a phasic bent knee stance, front leg covers the groin, back heel is raised and turned in, he used bobbing and weaving from western boxing, the slip the duck, feinting, drawing and immobilization techniques, footwork from fencing, and he's kicking...
