    Yes seeing this brought it all back, in 1958 I remember the odd depressed state I was in after leaving the theater, I wasn't quite right for the rest of the day and had nightmares for weeks. Great movie to take a 6 year old to.

    Yeah I was 6 when my dad took me to see this, just old enough to get the concept and be totally traumatized at the thought of my father's brain in a monster robot body. Put big scars in my little mind.
