I don't know why, but at 2:26 the combination of that cute sentimental music and that cake being bathed in chocolate made me really emotional. My eyes welled up at the beauty of what I was beholding. I want to hug somebody.

allll i want to know is how to do the chocolate spirals. i get u put think layer of tempered chocolate on acetate sheet and then run it with a spatula to get the lines....and then twist, but how do u keep it in place to harden?

@ando1135 Fix the rolled acetate sheet with scotch tape and place the roll in a small cardboard box or -- better -- a tube. Then put the box/tube in the freezer until the couverture hardened.

May I know what are the differences between the Summer edition, Pastry and this "Happy Baking" online tutorial? Are they all under USD19 or it's a separate tutorial? :)

@sylph0810 You find all this information on the website (under the navigation tabs "Join" and "Shop"). Bascically, there's the "membership" for my online students and the "season packages" as separate downloads. If you still have questions, just contact me by email. You find my email address at the bottom of the "About" section.
