No, you give them the option of a job rather than take away their guns and then half-ass the job. If you did what you're saying that would be martial law... ya know... evil?
I almost forgot, they managed to board and not kill anyone like 16 times. The US sends in its seals and like 3 are killed. Why!? Why are there so many people immediatly jumping to the defence of the big companies? News spin in your country?
