Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger answers questions posed by Digg users about regulations and taxation of marijuana and why California is having ongoing budget problems. Though the Governor does not think currently think that marijuana reform is a good idea, he supports the current system and says he is open to new data from countries with more relaxed marijuana laws that may change his mind.

Dear, Gov. Arnold before discussing Cannabis please educate yourself .. you talk about 1 billion in revenues?! it means you do not calculate all the factors..
