Warmer weather...outdoor festivals...you guys are lucky out your way. I think we'll be sloshing around in winter weather a bit longer here. We did hit 48 on Saturday (which is St.Patricks's Day in Forest Park--so as not to conflict with the "Big" parade)--so the revelers got to drink their beer outside without freezing this year! We'll start getting our street festivals in about late June--although Farmer's Market will start up in April... Enjoy your Spring!

Someone, on that same day took about 15 minutes of footage and said he was going to post it to Youtube, so I assumed it was you.
