Bobbi and her tail

The story of our kitty: Animal Control got a call about an injured cat. They went to pick up the cat with the intention of euthanizing her due to her injury, which from my understanding included her skin being completely ripped off from her tail. When they got the cat to the center, a lady who works there (and also works with one of my friends at a local vet clinic) saw the cat and how sweet she still was, despite her injury and being in an unfamiliar place. She decided the cat could not be put to sleep, so she rescued it and brought it to her vet clinic, where the doctors amputated her tail and waited for a good home to along. She is the sweetest kitty, and we are so lucky and happy to have her as a part of our family.
