  • what's working now is rhodiola force 100.

    i don't go to sleep until 7-8 am on sundays, and 4 am on weekdays.

    and i get 12 hrs of sleep when i do sleep.

  • what really works is diphenhydramine, 12.5 mg with roboxicet 400 mg. no more and no less.

    or, a nice cup of coffee with 3 tablespoons of sugar.

  • not anymore since i get sleep.

    just shadows out of the corners of my eyes which never appear when i focus at where i thought isaw them.

  • Plecebo. Like pot is a placebo, it's all in your mind man. Hops would cure your insomnia.
