i mean dont get me wrong there are some good exercises on here i just think some of these things need to be improved on, like with the straight leg get ups keep the arm locked out and dont let the kb drift forward it'll put too much strain on your shoulder jointit needs to align over your shoulder just some constructive criticism.
TGU are wrong...wrong technique your not going to activate your muscles to the proper level......waaaaay to fast........up and down your supposed to keep your arm locked out through the duration of the exercise and the transition from being on your back to the lunge then to standing was horrible.
i like this. unorthodox as hell, but looks effective. going to try and incorporate some of these moves in my workout. nice. thumbs to you.
