The river Ganges is glorified in all Vedic Scriptures as supremely pure and auspicious. According to the Puranas, the water of the Ganges is sacred because it emanates from the lotus feet of Lord Vishnu, the sustainer of all creation.
The holy water of the Ganges is so potent that by touching, drinking or bathing in it all karmic reactions of sinful activities can be nullified. Sprinkle it on yourself, around your place of meditation or your home to purify the atmosphere and cleanse all negativity. Can also be used for puja, or worship.
We collect Holy Ganga water in Prayag (Allahabad) during the holy Magh/Kumbha Mela Festival, when specific planetary positions and the presence of many saints transform the water into sacred or divine nectar, also known as amrit.
Prayag is the most ancient and particularly sacred place where the divine rivers Ganga, Yamuna and subterraneous Saraswati converge, which is also known as Triveni.
One drop a day of this Holy Water (Ganga Jal) keeps bad karma away. The Magh/Kumbha Mela is the largest gathering on Earth, as it brings millions of pilgrims together and is blessed by the presence of many saints for the sole purpose of worship and spiritual practice.
Express your interest to take a bottle of Ganga Jal, to support our fundraising at http://gangasewak@rediffmail.com
