Lake Superior Ice

This is a huge sheet of ice. Seriously, this mother is H U G E. Its moving north along the shore and as it drags along its leaving shards of ice and making the most incredible sound. Sorry for the poor quality, was taken with the video option on my still camera. If you listen, you can hear the ice popping when the wind isn't blowing to hard on the mic.

It was certainly a sight to see. All we had with was our digital cameras, and that had to be good enough to show what it was we got to experience that day

I too would have liked to have a better camera available for the video, but you use what you have available at the time. This is one of those things you can't plan to be apart of, you just have to happen by it
