  • @Chrommmy LoL you don't know anything about those things. Protein powder is just protein...it's like nesquick without fats and carbs....nothing special. Yes it's true that too much protein put a stress on your liver (generally PROTEIN from all foods not just protein power) but a healthy adult don't have to worry about that.

  • me too :) plain steel cut oats cooked just with warm water. but i dont eat it with artificial sugars. i use blue berries, banana , or apples ^^

  • i could live on oatmeal!!! and i just like it plain with water and some artificial sweetner
