@henrikroxs I don't think so. Also, a quick tip for you, if you want people to take your comments seriously, try wording them more maturely. For example: "the audio sounds like its peaking" or "there is a lot of background noise". Two word comments that are 50% vulgarity are really just a waste of time, for you as the commenter, for the creator, and for the rest of the audience reading it. I'm one of the few partners that still believes comments are a good thing, don't prove me wrong.

Where did you get the You Tube Jacket?

What kind of camera was that? It looks kind of retro like a Canon Rangefinder, but I think it is something different.

I edit on iMovie too Check out my channel for photography videos and other cool stuff :)

Merry Christmas Matt :) I just got the T3i and the Rode Videomic for Christmas, and I'm wondering what audio settings you use on your 60d with the Videomic.

My friend recently recorded some video on a third person's Flip camera, and needs to edit it together for a presentation, but the shutter speed is super high, and makes it painful to watch. Is there any way to edit it so that it's more bearable?

so when we are talking about video shutter speed surely it can't be mechanical shutter or can it be? because you know how crazy a 12fps mechanical shutter speed sounds like it would be crazier if it is like 30 or 60 fps??

Where'd you get your YouTube hoodie?
So Matt does that mean if you have a higher shutter speed , if you put something into slow motion it will be more fluid than a slower shutter speed which would make slow-mo choppy?

@CricketcoachGuy Slower shutter speed wouldn't make it choppy, just blurred. But you are correct in that a higher shutter speed is better for capturing detail for slow motion. That being said though, because there is more time between exposures, you might start to get some choppiness. The key is to find the right balance.

So is it like not possible to say shoot at 30fps with a shutter speed of 1/15 because each frame/image would last twice as long as the frame itself? I've always been confused by that.

@TGITechday Exactly. That's why if you switch your camera to a higher frame rate the shutter speed will automatically adjust.

Surprised you let that jumpcut go... Why didn't you cut out/in or used B-Roll? Just curious for my own hosted segments on my show... Trying to find best ways to do it...

@thedevirkahan It was a last minute decision to cut some unnecessary talk out after I had what I thought would be the final edit. I didn't really have any more b-roll, and I was finishing the edit in the back of a Land Cruiser going up a mountain, so I just left it in. If I had the time I probably would have shot some more stuff to cover it up.
