Actually, we were saying how we were studying and they were making a lot of noise. My brother even asked them to leave once, but they just kept coming back and using our basketball without permission. Like, we would just suddenly hear bouncing noises in our backyard.

You're right dude, I'm portuguese but it doesn't matter, they could be english, chinese or martians, it's your stuff and if they go uninvited then you need to take actions (expell them or invite them).
And btw, speaking portuguese doesn't equal being portuguese, they can be from any other portuguese speaking country (just mentioning it because the guy in the white shirt is of african origin, but could very well be a black portuguese of course).
