@lopsify so there are two kinds which i mention in the video "free space only" or "everthing" free space just writes over the free space, the only reason you would need to do this is if you deleted a file and you think the government will come after you for it and you want it gone for good. Its just a neat tool and does not affect the performance of your computer

@brownsuga1212 basically ever time you install a program in windows it changes the registry. The registry telles windows what programs are associated with what links. It also saves information on device drivers. However when you uninstall a program the registry still keeps info on it. This slows down your computer.
