Noticed when I watched the season finale NHRA race in Pamona, not less than 12 times, they ran a commercial against street racing and wreckless driving, by one of the biggest names in the sport, Ashley Force. Terephim is just dead wrong about drag racing in this regards.
Danika, for instance, should be saying..."You think this is wrong.....you would have to be a moron and text while you drive...(wITHOUT HER SARCASTIC GIRLY MEN, OF COURSE)
What they do is race in a safe environment, they DON'T race on the street. If kids DID what we do, they wouldn't race on the street. Most wrecks are caused by wreckless driving, not just speeding. You obvoisly do NOT watch the speed channel, there is no way you do.
The victims of vehicular hominide always are the ones left with that job.. The pro racers should be doing the job way before the tragedy strikes them.SPEED is like a drug to these kids. Parents who smoke.... have kids who smoke. Don;t smoke...just watch me?
You are just beginning to be ridiculous. Blaming racers for kids that speed is like blaming GM because they make a car. You are really looking foolish now.
It would be great to have real statistics (survey monkey) just on the tracks. How many kids do you professionals each know who have been killed by SPEED...compared to the rest of us civilians who do not watch speed. ( like giving a Heroine addict Meth at the track)... teaching them to get high on addrenoline by watching and then saying "But you can't have it...be good boys and girls and leave the Speed at home.... It takes lots of good driving practice in the neighborhoods."
How many non-racers know someone that has been killed by speed? You are so blinded by your "blame everyone else" mentallity that you are totally willing to demean the exact message you want said. Have you even watched this video?
Come to Orlando and count the numerous memorials on the side of the highway...the rally's from Tampa to Orlando and Back all on you tube. Great work you are doing at BRAKES but the education needs to get to the street for the kids who are just immitating you...The Hulk Hogans of the world who just love SPEED ,,,the regular highschoolers doing their homework, are at the mercy of SPEED. I want to hear the pros speak the message on TV after Danica does her boost mobile ad!
