"One small stretch"? 98% of the city is a shithole and Hollywood Street(1 block north)is fucked up as well.Granted,its not as bad as Robinwood but its no walk in the park either.The city is a joke and will NEVER return back to its glorious days before Colman Young destroyed it.

@verik2kk Because this area of detroit is filled with low lives scum of the city who only care about them selves. they set abandoned houses on fire, not even caring about the houses that are occupied around it. And they wonder why nothing is being done to fix it when theyre just destroying it even more.

I dont think they should rebuild this area at all. If those idiots that live in this area are the ones responsible for the way this neighborhood looks and torching houses like the scum of the earth that they are, then they should be forced to live in the nasty mess that created. Why rebuild it if those waste of life idiots are just going to burn it down and ruin the neighborhood again.
