Salsa with Footwork and Body Roll

Alright, today class is exciting!! Salomon is bringing back the salsa footwork and shine at the first half of the class. Salomon and Delfina show some body roll and free styling in the middle of the routine. Man, I don't know how to take it anymore if Salomon and Delfina keep bringing all the good old stuff back to the class!!

Alright, lets talk about this routine. It is intermediate-advance routine. When the guys go around the lady, make sure you and the lady are always counter each other, like when the lady go back, you forward and vice versa. This make it looks so much better instead of the guy going around the lady. Lady, today routine give you a lot of opportunity for styling or body rolling. Watch carefully how Delfina body roll. You want to make sure you fully make use of the last 4 count to roll each inch of your body with the music.. ya, I sound right.
