I'm pretty sure that that sound heard outside of the crashed aircraft was not the engines. It was the hydraulic pumps. The hydraulics were still being pressurized.

You all misunderstand, in Indonesia, this is a perfectly normal landing. The fligtsteward can be seen in the background "Thank you, come again!"
