  • Wow, Katie! I just remembered hearing about this song--your song, all the way. Pretty good act--and life--from a high school baritonist I once knew. Dede.

  • Any relation to me?

  • What lovely words you weave to describe the beauty of my world! I was born just over in the edge of Ky...so feel right at home here in Boone Co. Would not trade this part of the world for any other i know of! Mostly gentle people, lol....we still use "manners"! No one from big cities would begin to understand. Yes, we have some rough spots, but few compared to other bigger states! Home, sweet home, to me~always! ღ♥

  • I'm from West Virginia and my last name is Dent. I wonder if we are related (no wise cracks from the peanut gallery please)!

  • ilove west virginia i live there here whatever it very beautiful excpeially during fall

  • yea lovely song... im a west virginia girl and proud. i feel sorry for those who never bother to visit my favorite spot on earth

  • wow I was born and raised in New Zealand, have traveled and seen some of the world and now live in San Diego but I still go to West Virginia every summer for the last 20 years because of the people and the countryside and this song could be my theme song!

  • The lyrics are interesting and graceful, and the images match the lyrics perfectly. I like the mixture of travel and nostalgia.

Nice work by the whole creative team.

  • Katie, I really enjoy all of your songs. Now and again I'll find myself humming one of them without realizing it. If I could change one thing, I'd want the songs to be longer because they're very nice to listen to.

  • Thanks Katie. This is one of those songs that seems permanently recorded in my mental tape bank. Helps with some rough spots. DO MORE Steve
