This definately is my favourite Miele washer from the 400 series. Love the easy but effective programs!

This machine has a max. spin speed of 800 RPM, but after about 20 seconds, the biggest part of the water is out, which leaves another 5Min40Sec for really spinning the clothes bone dry.. You wouldn't tell that the maximum spin speed is "just" 800 RPM!

The 429 S is washing at "Normal" (cottons regular) 95°C, with Classic3820's laundry :)

An explanation to the temp. switch and the way of heating: the machine always does a few minutes of "after heating". That means, that as soon as the thermostat says that the water is at 95°C, the machine always does a few minutes of extra heating. Which means that the water reaches 100°C.. So the clothes really get a "boil" wash!
The temperature measuring device is exactly the same as on other models (where the 30°C-indication is at "3 o' clock"), but because of the extra heating, the temperature switch needs to be placed a bit 'colder'. That explains the funny way in which the temperature switch is arranged!

A short explanation to the motor break: as soon as the Miele stops spinning and starts filling, there is an abnormal pressure in the drum (not the same as the air pressure in the "normal" air). Because of that pressure, the pressure switch (which measures the water levels) gets a false signal, causing the Miele to think that the water level is high enough to start washing. The wash motor then starts washing, which causes a screaming break. As soon as the drum stops spinning, the pressure switch signals that the water level is very low and the wash motor shuts off again!
The motor break is really cool, but it only happens at the right circumstances.

160 liter kommt net hin die verbraucht max 120-150 hab ich bei der 432 gemessen :)

die sensor macht 4 mal schleudern ;)

so siehts also aus, wenn die waschen tut :D:D:D meine schleudert nur. der waschmotor läuft zwar, nur wird nicht auf die trommel übertragen :D:D:D:D
