  • rambo im pretty new to lifting being doing it for about 4 months got some alright gains but i am also just packing on the fat, i was wondering if you knew away to gain muscle mass and slow down putting on fat?

  • @RamboFitness pretty healthy i have oat meal for breakfast, a salad and ham sandwich or warp for lunch, protein bar and gold standard shake for a snack and for dinner its normally chicken and rice, steak, fish or spaghetti. i have being eating a lot more carbs though because ive read around that you need a lot more when lifting

  • @dirtyzimboo looks like your not getting protein in. I would have some egg whites for breakfast with the oats and there is not much protein in a ham sand so i would add something there too. Carbs are great for putting on size and muscle i was stuck for a while bc i wasnt eating carbs but they really help with size. If you are trying to lean out dont eat quite as mant. Its a decision you have to make

  • rambo i wanna eat healthy and all but im a poor college kid and eating healthy is not cheap. can you please show me some healthy cheap meals? also the best supplements at an affordable price? thanks
