No, Zatsuza's only in DFK (Resurrection) Black Label, which isn't ported to iOS yet. You do get to fight Hibachi though if you have the skills to get there.

That being said I hope Cave ports Black Label or offers it as DLC for existing DFK owners (both standard and HD versions).
