@jtsk8er12 You must of had a setting on in after effects that interpolates frames in the middle of the real one. Anytime you add extra frames, there will be some image distortion.

tsame thing happened with me when I tried to slow down one of my clip in after effects

if you want stuff this slow to look good, you need a camera with a lot higher framerate. The change in frames is too much for twixtor to handle when there is a lot of motion.

@skate48life it looks really good when you slow it down loads, to about 3000fps, but only for about a second of the overall post-edit clip. Then you don't see the distortion of the arms or anything. Well, that's just my opinion :)

i personaly thought twixtor never looks good. my opinion, but i love the tricks
