@Mack8136 But the Roman Empire formed what is now modern Europe. The Mongol Empire was huge, but they have not left as big an impression as the Roman empire. And besides, the British Empire was the biggest of Empires, that is undeniable.

@Mack8136 lulz, it was the greatest doenst refear to size, mongols where larger, however it was an empire made by nomad barbarian warriors who could sack and destroy villages but thats it it wasnt a real empire, it only lasted for like a generation, the world would be completly different without the romans they bought civilization to europe

I am sick of hearing about the Roman Empire! Rome was not the greatest Empire cause the Mongol Empire was larger and conquered Persians. The Romans fought the Persian for 200 years and lost the Roman Emperor was used by the Persian ruler as a foot stool. Give me a break. And the Western world follows the Greeco/Roman tradition not the Roman.
