@RenaisanceFare Both the frogs jumped out a couple months ago, they both died. Oto's died of an unknown cure, the betta doesn't fight with the endlers, now there is 5 female betta and 5 endlers in the tank (I gave away over 100 of them!) 1" per 1 gallon isn't a good rule, infact it's a very bad rule...

@CamCool10 Is not so good to keep Endlers with betta and frogs. Your fishies will not be happy. Male bettas fight w. guppy males (esp. male guppies with big colorful fins) because bettas mistake the guppies for rival males. Frogs will eat smaller fish. Far as how many you can keep - good rule is 1 gal. water per 1 inch of fish. Is also good to try to keep a ratio of 1 male for 2 female guppies.

The water tank of this movie is (depth254mm X width398mm X height280mm), water capacity: It is about 23L (about 6 gallons).
There were too many fish compared with water capacity, and it was in the overcrowded state.
I think about 30 pairs are appropriate to your 16 gallon water tank.
I think that I should set "Ceratopteris cornuta" to a water tank.
