I think lighting is contributing to the problem of crowd noise during a capella part -- needs a spotlight to let crowd know song isn't over, and that something special is happening. All in the dark just makes crowd restless and brings on a bunch of screamers and flash photo dummies!

I'm so glad you posted this. I remember getting  chills hearing this live, this song was definitely one of the highlights of the concert.
