NBA 2K9 PC gameplay 8400gs

Incredible performance with this low end card. Lag is because of fucking fraps, believe me that when not using it there's no lag at all, it runs just like in practice mode(watch the end of the video).

most settings are set to high, except for crowd and texture quality (medium). 1024x768. 30 fps with fraps (I set crowd to low so as to gain some more fps).
