Stopped listening when he justified Manny dodging the tests with"disruption to rythm". Manny has given his reasons for dodging the tests. These are (1) fear of needles, (2) Mayweather is not the boxing commission, (3) drawing blood makes him weak, (4) Mayweather needs to apologise, (5) Mayweather is asking for too much money, (6) an obscure doctor in Philipines should do the tests on Manny, (7) I don't need Mayweather, etc.

Enough excuses!

Interesting points made. Couple things I thought I'd point out.

You acknowledge that Mayweather defeats a fighter with his antics before a fight, yet his intent to break down Pacquiao with battles before the end of the war, with this testing. Means he's fearful? Seems like his strategic "rhythm / cycle".

Pacquiao dusted Marquez twice. Draw / SD of which Marquez won more rounds, thus- trilogy.

There was no scheduled / contracted cut-off for testing in Mosley fight. Testing is RANDOM.
