I have used a q tip for years, and have never had problems. I just think doctors tell you not to use them so they can make money while cleaning your ears.

I constantly feel like there is something in my ear, and it tends to become very uncomfortable if I have my ear plugs in for more than a minute. Should I be worried about this?
