Also, in the grocery they sell frozen wheat grass juice. If you want to go ahead and juice the grass and freeze the juice in little ice trays, you can use wheatgrass icecubes in your green smoothies. Just an idea. Your grass looks great!

Thank you Way. Both you and brate posted a great idea. I never thought of freezing it, duh and I totally have been freezing all kinds of other fruit for later use. I am really going to kick my growing of wheatgrass up, harvest and freeze it. Thanks.

Cut the wheat grass and freeze it, you would be amazed if you juice it you can hardly tell the difference

Lowes was having a clearance sale on their herbs. And they were even organic. Cant beat that!!! I just hope they make it thru the Alaskan winter even tho they are indoor.
