im only 12 i have problems with my stomach im so scared for my first colonoscopy i dont know how to take pills and im so scared if i wake up in middle please i need advice im going for it next week

God bless you. I have been terrified for week about my upcoming procedure. I'm 42. My father died of colon cancer at 54. Doc's say I must go now due to my family history. Your video set my mind at ease and I see now I don't have to be so terrified. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

3:37 was hilarious "...... I'm gonna slow down a bit."

I had a sigmoidoscocpy done a month ago and those bowel preps aren't fun at all; worse than the actual procedure. I was diagnosed w/ proctitis but I'm still not responding well to animal fats/proteins so my doc has ordered a bunch of Radiology scans w/ barium AND a colonoscopy. The barium for the CT scan was terrible and scary to pass through and the idea of conscious sedation for the upcomin colonoscopy spooks me. TY for the inspiration

I'm prepping for a colonoscopy tomorrow. i didn't get any pills, instead I have to drink 4 litres of the most terrible tasting liquid. I swear, don't think I can finish it...yuckk!
