@strengthcamp I'm not exactly sure what muscles are imbalanced in my body. Do you have a video or program that has exercises that focus on correcting the anatomy of all muscles? Kind of like a total body "muscle wake up"? I don't know enough to be able to pick out exactly what muscles are out of balance, so a program that covers most would help. I know I'm asking for a lot, but it would help.

OMG my physio told me my unequal shoulders are fine coz no one is symetrical and she didnt notice my thumbs goung in at all, and they go it LOADS, i think they do it on purpose so you keep going to them with more problems =-(
