  • @strengthcamp  I'm not exactly sure what muscles are imbalanced in my body. Do you have a video or program that has exercises that focus on correcting the anatomy of all muscles? Kind of like a total body "muscle wake up"? I don't know enough to be able to pick out exactly what muscles are out of balance, so a program that covers most would help. I know I'm asking for a lot, but it would help.

  • OMG my physio told me my unequal shoulders are fine coz no one is symetrical and she didnt notice my thumbs goung in at all, and they go it LOADS, i think they do it on purpose so you keep going to them with more problems =-(
