@fighter14233 If by "popular" you mean amongst the bazillion other SCII ads than yeah.
For me, personally I've played BW between 2000-2001, and played WC3 when it came out for about 2 years, and DotA for about a year before I found out I'm really into that type of gameplays. Then I played SCII for 2 years. As much as I've been exposed to Starcraft/Warcraft rts titles and the e-sport scene, I've never seen this ad. And frankly, why should I, why'd I even care?
