Bryan Litz, Ballistician for Berger Bullets, previews his new book, Applied Ballistics for Long-Range Shooting. Bryan explains important features of bullet design and explains how bullet Ballistic Coefficients influence long-range trajectories and hitting power.
Brilliant book, well written, easily understood. Look forward to the bullet/ammo manufacturers lifting their game and NOT giving us so much misleading info. Well worth the investment - I'm in New Zealand where we pay about 3x as much because of our currency rating and freight. Thank you Bryan

Great job, thanks Brian for writing this book and producing the G7 data. For my .223 rem I was within 1 click (.285 MOA I "got control of my sights") at 570 yards from calculated 1st shot cold bore. Also for apps Brian's G7 data is available in Knights Bullet Flight ballistic application.

I have this book and highly recommend it - what you see is what you get in the book , very easy read, but informative; its THE BESTbook i have ever read on exterior ballistics . period. i have Pejsa, McCoy's , every single sniper manual that exists, including SOTIC, SEAL, USMC, US Army, and this book puts them all to shame. its worth three times the price, and i am not kidding its like taking a beginner, intermediate and advanced CLASS on ballistics for long range shooting , for $40, buy it!
