Central Fabrication Facility (CFF) @ Tyndall: Brendan O'Neill, Head of the Central Fabrication Facility delivers an overview of the Central Fabrication Facilities (CFF). This group has processing capabilities in the areas of silicon, micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) and compound semiconductors. This facility provides a strategic resource to Tyndall research groups, multinational and indigenous companies. Researchers based in Universities and Institutes of Technology throughout Ireland also have access to these extensive facilities through the Science Foundation Ireland funded National Access Programme (NAP).
